Global Senior Vice President, Customer Success and Support
As the Global Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Support at Hitachi Vantara, she oversees Customer Service, Support and Success, and manages a renewals/maintenance P&L. Susan has driven a focused shift to a digitally led experience backed by Hitachi’s value add human expertise which is a company differentiator.
Integrated into this approach is Customer Success, which Susan and team launched in 2021 and are readying for Hitachi Vantara's shift to subscription-based and software as a service offerings. Customer Success will be expanded into the overall Hitachi Vantara Customer Support experience spanning the entire portfolio and offerings.
A key figure at Board/Executive Committee meetings, Susan aligns her organization with emerging markets, such as India and China, leveraging her fluency in their dynamics. She serves as an Executive Sponsor for Hitachi's Global Strategic Clients and contributes to the Location Strategy Board. Applying her experience in Professional Services Delivery & Sales for global strategic accounts, she previously led Professional Services at Symantec corporate and served as Global Brand Manager at IBM.
She is actively involved in Hitachi Vantara’s talent equity boards, compensation planning and diversity programs, and participated in global diversity programs to support equity for females and other minority groups in technology.
